Q: Are the bagels frozen?
A: Heaven’s No!!! Our new york bagels are 100% made in New York and shipped FRESH, NEVER frozen!!
Q: Do I have order to a monthly subscription?
A: No, you do not have to purchase a monthly subscription. We offer monthly subscriptions, bi-monthly subscriptions as well as one-time gifts.

Q: How do I join the Bagel of the Month Club??
A: Click on the “Bagel Packages” button on the homepage. Select the Fresh New York Bagel package you’d like. Once you fill in the billing information page and click the “next” button, we ask for the shipping info. Then, you’re ready to go!

Q: What payment options do I have?
A: You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, or your first born in trade.

Q: When will I get my first bagel delivery?
A: You choose when our DELICIOUS New York bagels arrive on your doorstep, office, apartment or dorm room – how cool is that!! We even make Saturday deliveries for an additional fee.

Shipping

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: Your shipping options are simple. If you order a box, we’ll ship it. If you don’t order a box, we won’t ship it. We ship via FedEx.

Q: Where does Bagel of the Month Club ship to?
A: We currently ship everywhere in the continental United States!

Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?
A: Yes, we have your FedEx tracking numbers and will share them with you if you are super nice!!

Q: When will my bagels ship?
A: On checkout, you will have the option to choose your desired delivery date and subsequent orders will be shipped thirty (30) days form that date.

Q: What if I want to change my address?

Gifting

Q: Can I gift a Bagel of the Month Club subscription?
A: Of course! You can gift 1, 3, 6 or 12 months of Bagel of the Month Club to anyone you’d like! All we need is your billing information and their shipping address to get started. Once we have all those details, we’ll take it from there!

Q: If I have a gift subscription, what happens when I reach my last month?
A: At the start of the last month of your gift subscription, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know where and how to sign up to continue receiving your new york bagels. Be aware, if you decide not to continue receiving FRESH authentic New York bagels, your family and co-workers may be very upset with you.

Q: What if I don’t know my recipient’s shipping address?
A: If you are gifting a Bagel of the Month Club to a relative, friend, co-worker, etc. (they’re gonna love it!) we’ll send an email with a gift code letting them know about your thoughtful present. Your recipient will then be able to login and create an account using their own information using the gift code that was sent to them.
